Oriental Scientific Health and Diet Program
A. Perspective 1.
There are many good diet exercise program and healthy food out there, Why do I gain weight when I eat as much as everyone else eats?
When I do the same exercise as everyone else, why do I just feel tired and not lose any weight.
B. Perspective 2.
Every diet program suggest a vegetarian diet program, but what happens all the fat and toxics built up in my body
from all these years? When I bring a flower to a dumpster, it would not smell like the flower.

*Yang Seng 1, focused on the perspective 1, however, the new Yang Seng 2 incorporates both perspective 1 and 2.

(TAEKWONDO CLINICAL SUPPORT)

TCS’s Training Goal
The TCS program is for students who have greater trouble controlling their focus and strength. We examine the daily patterns and focusing skills of these students, help determine the source of their issues and provide possible solutions.

TCS’s Training Classification
Each student can be sectioned into three different categories.

Category One, Behavioral Problems:
This child has issues with his/her behavior, which may or may not be because of ADHD.
The child will participate in exercises that will help improve his/her behavior.

Category Two, Physical Exercise Issues:
This child has difficulty with physical exercise.
This problem can be fixed by using exercises that focus on the child’s problem areas.

Category Three, Lack of Focus:
A child who has problems focusing and in his/her physical abilities, may also have behavioral problems.
We will test each child’s short and long attention spans and design a program accordingly.
The TCS program was designed to help children with their focus, physical and mental problems.
For twelve years, this program has been used to help many children.
It is important for those parents who think their child is too young to enroll to get rid of that notion.
The earlier a child begins this program, the better results he/she will get.
If the child doesn’t get help early on, he/she runs the risk of developing one or more of the following disorders in the future:
Inattention, hyperactivity, impulsiveness, learning disorders, developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders,
Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Tics/Tourrette’s Syndrome, Autism and neurological disorders.
Early intervention is essential.

TCS effect and expectations

You can look forward to the following benefits from joining the TCS program.
1. Improvement in focus, positive judgment, quick thinking, good coordination and motor skills.
2. Improvement in perception, physical ability and personality, which are all benefits of both the TCPD and TCS programs.

“When the actions change, the habits will also change. When the habits change, the life will also change.”

**** In Ha’s Taekwondo, Grandmaster Tae Eun Ha himself evaluates the child and decides whether the program will be a good benefit for your child. Therefore interested parents should visit the website and send an email (Student Section -> Student Login -> Message), call one of the Ha’s Taekwondo schools to set up an appointment or visit.

Steve and Nicole T
Our son began the CPD program under the direction of Grandmaster Ha approximately 2 months ago. During these 2 months we saw an improvement in his attention, focus and impulsive. With the coaching and support of Grandmaster Ha, we have found a way of positively reinforcing what has been taught at the studio at home. Having the weekly observation check sheet held our son accountable for things he wanted to improve on. He looks forward to going to each and every class with excitement and enthusiasm.

Harlem School District Teachers
Master’s Ha’s class has been very beneficial for the students in our class. They really look forward to going to TKD every week. It is a good incentive to promote positive behaviors leading up to our TKD class. In addition to promoting positive behaviors, TKD helps the children with coordination, listening skills, and concentration. Several of our children have gained a lot of confidence just in the few weeks we have been taking them to TKD class. Their pride in their new skills is evident and a joy to see.

We are extremely impressed with Grand Master Ha’s Taekwondo Clinical Support program. We enrolled our son in August to improve his focus, as he had difficultly sitting still and listening to others. Within a short period of time, I noticed a tremendous difference in his overall focus. We also noted vast improvements in his gross motor skills, balance, and strength. Most importantly, the training he has received has increased his impulse control and overall discipline.

I would highly recommend Grand Master Ha’s program to anyone who is interested in improving their child’s self-control and confidence. This is a great program.

Dear Grandmaster Ha,
I wanted to take the time to say thanks to you and your staff (Master Kim, and your instructors Giovanna and Spencer) for the help with my son (Chris).
To give you a background, Chris was dianosed as having ADD/ADHD around the age of five. Early on in his childhood he suffered from self-esteem issues, behavioral problems, and with his fine motor skills. As a parent who was also diagnosed with ADD/ADHD around the age of ten I recognize and understand a lot of the same problems Chris goes through, and did not want my son to experience the same things I had.
Chris has been in numerous physical therapy programs to address his fine motor skill problems; however nothing seemed to make a difference. To help with his ADD/ADHD Chris has been prescribed (a wide array) medication. The medication helps, but no medication works to address problems with respect, self-discipline and self-esteem.
About three months ago Chris was struggling at school (listening to his teachers, staying focused, poor attitude, being bullied, and unacceptable behavior). The problems he was having in school resulted in him getting suspended. At home he had just as many problems (whether it was with me or his sisters).
I really was at my wits end and frustrated with what I could do to get him the help he needed. Chris is a bright kid, with so much potential, but nothing I was doing to get him help seemed to work.
A friend suggested your Academy and your Taekwondo Children’s Personality Development (TCPD) program. I looked into it, and then got him enrolled. After trying so many different approaches (to correct the problems Chris faced), when you told me in three months I would see a completely change with Chris I was hopeful, but skeptical.
After three months in the TCPD program I am amazed at how much Chris has transformed (his behaviors, motivation, self-esteem, motor skills, self-discipline, respect, etc.).
One of the greatest things about your program is that Chris has made this transformation not because everyone else wanted him to, but because he wants to, he has learned to believe in himself, and knows how much potential he has.
Thank you again to you and your staff for all of the hard work, patience, understanding and professionalism. You have an excellent team working for you at your academy!!!

~Jeff Robare

Sebastian Zima

When our son Sebastian was 6 years old he was diagnosed with ADHD and tourettes (which causes tics). He has trouble focusing and concentrating. I have been working with teachers since he was in 1st grade to help him stay focused and to help him learn. Teachers always said Sebastian is a smart kid but he gets easily distracted and he is disturbing in class.

Last year when he started Junior High School his confidence decreased. A small group of children was teasing Sebastian and calling him names . It was a hard year for him. I worked with social worker and psychologist to stop the bulling and to help him build his confidence.

Sebastian joined Ha’s Tae Kwan Do in September of 2011. In a short five months we have noticed that TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) program helped him grow his confidence back and it has helped with his focus. We haven’t seen the tics since then. He also has more respect for us at home. We are very happy that we have picked your school.

Sincerely,
Justyna Henke

Trevor Gonzalez (Kids member)
Our son Trevor has add/adhd hyperactive and impulsive type. He struggles with staying focused, sitting still for long periods of time, distracted, talks loud, makes impulsive choices, being disrespectful, and is not as flexible as most kids his age.
We signed Trevor up for TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) class, 3 months ago, in hopes that Master Ha could help him focus better, control his loud tone, show more respect and to become more flexible. We were really skeptical at first, but after the 1st month, we started seeing a completely different Trevor. He is more respectful, controls his loud tone, only using it at TKD. He is able to sit still longer and he is more focused. He is gaining flexibility each time day.
He is so excited to go to TKD each week and practices at home every day to perfect his step sparring, form and his test questions. He says his goal is the be the best black belt ever. We know he can do it now. It’s amazing how in such a short period of time, Trevor has changed. He continues to grow more flexible and respectful with each class.
We look forward to Trevor gaining more focus and flexibility as he continues his pursuit of black belt with Master Ha and all the instructors’ help.
Thank you for the tools for Trevor’s success.
Mr & Mrs Gonzalez

Dear Grandmaster Ha,

Our children began taking lessons at Ha’s Taekwondo Academy in July, 2011. In the few short months that they have been involved in Taekwondo classes and the TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) classes they have both grown and changed in many ways. Our daughter has become more self confident and assured in herself and her abilities. She is gaining greater flexibility and physical strength as a result of her Taekwondo lessons. With your individual help, she is working to overcome a developmental delay in her gross motor skills that she has struggled with for the past 10 years. Our son has always been an overly active child who has had troubles sitting still and with focus and attention. As a result of his participation in Taekwondo and the TCS classes, our son is now better able to control his behaviors.

Thank you for your fine efforts and hard work with our children.
Sincerely,

Mark and Melinda Trotter

Nicolas Rolando(Kids member)
My son’s name is Nicolas Rolando.
Before we started the TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) class my son had some problems with sitting still, being hyper.listening, and focusing.
He also had no respect for anyone. I started seeing some improvement in the first week of class.
Nicolas loved his first class and he was eager to learn more. Nicolas started doing his homework every night and cleaning his bedroom in the morning without being told that was a good start. Nicolas has been working on what he has learned in class since day one. As Nicolas attends more classes his focus and behavior has improved. Now Nicolas is able to sit in a good Tae Kwon Do form that Master Ha has taught him. Also his hand eye coordination and balance has improved. His respect for his parents and other people has also improved. My wife and i would like to thank Master Ha for helping my son in these areas.

Thank You Master Ha

Ryan, Anthony (Kids member)
Dear Master Ha -
Just wanted to write a quick note to tell you how pleased I am with the progress of my 2 boys, Anthony and Ryan. They just started classes with you mid-January and I already see great progress.
My boys are sweet, but both are strong-willed and double trouble! They each have their own issues – Anthony with a lack of focus and a lack of confidence, and Ryan with a hyperactive personality. They are thrilled to go to class and I have seen improvement in class over the weeks. But, most notably, I have seen much more cooperation and respect in their behavior at home.
I would highly recommend your Tae Kwon Do studio( Taekwondo Clinical Support Program). Thank you and I look forward to continued improvement as they progress toward their black belts!

Regards,
Janet Fischer

Bryce (Tiny Lions member)

Bryce joined Master Ha’s Tae Kwon Do at age 4. He has a developmental delay, speech is behind a year he also has behavioral problems, it was said at times he may have a sensory problem. When Bryce first joined he would not participate, he throw huge screaming fits. We dreaded taking him. Master Ha suggested giving him time outs to get him to know when class is going on either he joins or he gets a time out, he would be in time out the whole class time screaming and crying. Master Ha didn’t give up on Bryce, he knew Bryce could do it. Along with normal TKD class Bryce is also in TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) class. We kept coming on a regular schedule, endured weeks of screaming fights. Bryce now loves going to class, he participates completely with a positive attitude. He even is bringing home what he has learned. He is proud of what he has accomplished and so are we. In such little time we are seeing a huge change in our son. We are so proud of him! Master Ha has great patience, knowledge, and is a great teacher.

To Whom It May Concern:

It is our pleasure to recommend Master Tae Eun Ha . The Master, other instructors, and fellow students at Ha’s have made a tremendous difference in our son’s life.
Tyler joined our family at age five. Emotionally, he was functioning at a fifteen month old level. He had limited verbal skills and engaged only in ‘parallel play’. At age nine, Tyler joined Tae Kwon Do. At this point, he had been diagnosed as having Aspergers Syndrome, which has been considered a mild form of Autism. Although we all knew he was very intelligent, Tyler still had very limited verbal and social skills. For the first year of class, Tyler could not make eye contact, did not talk, had trouble even stepping into the studio, and frequently ran around the room or simply did nothing.
Master Ha saw the potential in Tyler and kept working with him – many times on a one to one basis. Tyler responded and, ever so slowly, began to participate fully in Tae Kwon Do. Now, three years later, Tyler is a BLACK BELT!! The pride he feels in himself is immeasurable!
Tyler now smiles and laughs in class. He does all required work with a degree of quality we did not know he was capable of. He shares his skills with friends and with his classes at Roscoe Middle School. He wants to continue in Tae Kwon Do and add classes in Kum Do. What a change!
The teachers at Ha’s are all to be commended for their knowledge, patience, and consistent quality teaching. We have been impressed with their willingness to work with special needs individuals, whether those needs be physical or emotional.
Thank you, Ha’s, for the difference you have made in Tyler. Our son now has the joy of accomplishment as well as goals for his future. You have helped “open up” his life to the world around him!

Thank you all,

Mariela (Tiny Lions member)
Hello,

My daughters, Mariela (6) and Daniela (4), have been enrolled at Ha’s Tae Kwon Do since January, 2010. Over the past 2 months, I have noticed several positive changes in both girls, but especially Mariela, my 6 year old.
I first investigated Karate as an outlet for Mariela’s frustration with the hope her self-confidence would also improve. It did not work for her at all. She aquired no skills and felt defeated when she left. She was in a class of about 30 children with 2 instructors.
After reading an article about Ha’s TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) class, I contacted them and enrolled both girls. Mariela qualified for the TCS class. Her class size ranges from about 6-8 students with 2 highly qualified instructors. Over the last two months, I have seen a significant improvement in her focus, concentration, and self-confidence.
In addition, Mariela’s respect level for others has increased. She is more polite when waiting for adults to finish a conversation. She doesn’t grab at things or throw things at people when giving or receiving items from another.
Both girls are eager to attend class two times per week. They think very highly of their instructors and work to please them, as well as being proud of their own successes which are celebrated with the class. Mariela’s behavior at school has improved, as well as her discipline to complete her homework without battling with her.
I am so pleased with Master Ha’s program. I am also very grateful for his ability to strike a balance between discipline and love for his students. My children know that he genuinely cares for them and they also care greatly for him. My girls have thrived in his program and will continue to do so!

Sincerely,

Manley (Kid member)
Manley started to take Taekwondo classes in September 2008. He was having some problems in school, focusing and concentrating in his work. His teachers’ complaint of him getting distracted easily with his pencil or things he had on his de?. His teachers suggest that I have him be evaluated in the school to find out what was happening with him. The School Psychologist, nurse, Principal, Social Worker, and his teachers had a meeting to let m know the results of the evaluation. The results were that he had ADD and suggest me to take him to the Pediatrician and get medicine to help him focus and also have better concentration.
Two weeks later they sent me a note with Manley to let me know about a second meeting. They told me that Manley had Autism (Aspergers) and said it was causing him not to have a good relationships or friendships with his classmates. I decided not to give Manley medecine and took him to an independent evaluation. At that clinic they did many different exams with his blood, urine, allergies, and even a test of how his brain worked while he was sleeping. The results were not that he had ADD or Autism, but that he had a very high IQ. However, they told me he was a little depressed because he was under too much pressure from all of us trying to get him to focus. They gave him antidepressants but some of the secondary effects of the medicine didn’t let him sleep. I stopped giving him the medicine a month later.
My son started a new program called TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) in his taekwondo class with Master Ha approximately three months ago. At that time he started sixth grade. Just two weeks after he started the TCS class, I noticed changes in his attitude, more control on his body, and better focus and concentration. Now he had better self-esteem and his grades have gone from B’s and C’s to all A’s. Now he is an honor roll student and I’ve very happy with and proud of his progress.

Andrew (Tiny Lion member)

Master Ha,
Our son Andrew, 5 years old, has been working with you and your studio for around 3 months now. He has been taking a regular class as well as one specifically formulated to improve his focus, attention span, balance and body awareness.
Over the time frame we have seen a marked improvement particularly with his level of respect and patients levels. By involving us thru in studio and at home exercises we have been given a few tools to help him stay focused or refocus during some difficult moments when he has trouble with those issues.
We look forward to continually working with you and continued success both in TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) class and at home.

Thanks,
Mr. & Mrs. Juric

Ethan (Kids member)
Thank you! Ethan has made tremendous progress in the last six months. He is stronger physically, more agile and flexible and more confident. Since he has began Taekwondo and TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) classes he is able to focus better, listens to instructions and follow them and is doing better in school. He was on the honor roll last quarter. He has passed most of the requirements in gym class. Last year he did not do well in gym he could not run, or do sit ups or push ups. He has even surpassed some of the more athletic students in sit ups and push ups. His gym teacher also says that he listens better than he did previously. I am sure all of this is due to his Taekwondo. Ethan is exercising on his own and trying to eat better and lose weight. This is also due to Taekwondo. Just this past week I saw him do something I have never seen him do. He took a leadership roll and trained another student and actually stayed with it and did quite well with out loosing interest or goofing off. This is all part of the wonderful training he has gotten from Taekwondo CS class. He has come a long way in a short period of time. When he was in first grade his teacher suggested medication as an answer to his lack of focus and his high energy and easy distract ability. I am so glad we looked for another answer! I believe with these classes and the right training he will settle down and do well in school and become a leader and accomplish much in the future. Thank You very much for the time, effort that you give to this. It pays off in ways I never thought possible. I was just looking for exercise and something to keep him busy when I suggested Taekwondo CS to him at the beginning of the summer. We are very pleased with his progress and all the benefits he has gotten fron joining Ha’s Taekwondo Academy. You have done a great job with Ethan.

Tommy (Tiny Lions member)
I am sending this e-mail to thank you very much for the wonderful service you are providing for my 5 year old son Tommy. Tommy started TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) in August of this year and WOW, what a difference already. Tommy is more focused, disciplined, and shows a lot more respect. Tommy has a very hard time focusing and is now learning to do so. My husband and I couldn’t be happier that we made this decision to sign him up! Tommy looks forward to coming every Wednesday & Friday, Good dollars/Bad dollars are a wonderful motivation. The Habit Chart is a great tool to have at home so we can report his behavior/progress on a daily basis. All of the staff/other participants are so friendly and always willing to help & make it fun, what a wonderful family atmosphere we feel when we come. Master Ha, you have a wonderful connection with the kids and I see that they instantly are drawn to you! What a great gift you have! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

Seth (Tiny Lions member)
Dear Master Ha, I would just like to thank you for all that you have done for my 3 year-old son, Seth. Seth has really responded to your TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) program over the past few months. Seth has a much easier time focusing, staying on task, obeying my wife and I’s directions and noth throwing temper tantrums. In addition to Seth’s behaviors improving we have seen a dramatic improvement in Seth’s overall confidence, coordination and self-esteem. Seth is much more positive, and he appears to respond to the positive reinforcement that you showed us (parents) how to use with Seth. I will definitely recommend anyone who has a child who appears to have ADHD or other behavioral problems to your TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) class. Thank you so much!!!!!

Eddie (Tiny Lions member)
Eddie is the younger of our 2 boys, and since his birth 5 years ago he has always had to share our attention with his older brother. He has brought us great joy and we had been pleased at his ability to keep himself occupied when he traveled along to his brother’s activities. He is a bright, good-natured and happy boy. We got a bit of a wake-up call this spring when his pre-school teachers mentioned that he might not be ready for Kindergarten in the fall, as he wasn’t always paying attention and they weren’t sure he had enough maturity, focus and motor skills to assure that he would do well.

We had inadvertently encouraged some bad habits regarding paying attention, and his physical skills and confidence were also not where we expected them to be. We had previously enrolled him in swimming and gymnastics programs, but the instructors there did not seem to have experience with this sort of problem, and often let him “do his own thing” which had limited benefit. By mid summer, we decided to have him participate in a trial TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) lesson here in Loves Park. He often plays pretend superheroes and villains with his brother, so we thought he might like the idea of learning “fighting moves like Batman or his Ninja rivals would use”. He loved the first lesson and he started coming twice a week in July.

In August you suggested that we have him start attending TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) class as one of his two weekly sessions, and we are really starting to see a difference. The small class size and extra individual instruction there seem to help a lot, and today (only a few weeks later) he made us very proud as he tested for his first new belt. We are happy to report that he is doing well in school. Drawing and writing are improving and he is more attentive and respectful at home. He also loves to have an activity where his family comes to watch and where we recognize his achievements. Thank you so much for your help!

Sincerely,

Nadja(Tiny Lions member)
When Nadja first entered Master Ha’s TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) program, she was having a lot of difficulty concentrating. Not only that, but she would gt very angry when things didn’t come easily or go her way. She would stomp her feet, growl and clench her fists. On some occasions, if she didn’t feel like she could do something, she would shut down all together or cry. And now, after just a few months, she has completely changed. The extra attention and one-on-one experience, along with the immediate reward/punishment system made a huge difference in her behavior and self-esteem. Master Ha’s TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) program is a comprehensive class that recognizes the short attention spans of children, teaches skills like concentration and patience and gets the parents involved in their childe behavioral well-being. The inate talent in dealing with kids and consistency of the staff at Ha’s Tae Kwon Do, coupled with parental involvement is a winning combination. I would recommend this martial arts program to any parent whose child has trouble focusing or difficulty behaving.

Ha’s Tae Kwon Do Tiny Lion’s program is unique because they will start training as early as three. The younger a child is, the more their experience is ingrained in his or her future personality. Master Ha and Tony Ha are amazing with children, teaching them not only skills, but how to listen, focus, respect others and be polite. The Tiny Lions program teaches children more than rote memory of movements, like other schools; they make sure their students have a true understanding of what they are learning. -Liz Hum(Nadja’s Mom)

James &Toni Lynch
We feel Zachary being a part of Ha’s Tae Kwon Do has been very good in helping to build his self-confidence and establish good coordination. Since we moved here in March 2005 Zachary has not wanted to go out and meet kids from our neighborhood or
go out to play. We saw your Tae Kwon Do Academy and asked him if he wanted to join and he replied yes. We signed him up hoping he would become more involved with other children. He made some friends rather quickly which made us very happy.
He was in a Tae Kwon Do Academy in Chicago and hated going the 3 days a week that the class was held but since he has joined your academy he loves it. He is practicing all the time and on a daily basis reminding us he has to go to class.
This in itself was well worth putting him in this program.
I think it is very important for him to do something to keep him busy especially something he enjoys. Your Academy has shown him how to get along with people and how to protect himself in a required situation. We have had a couple of situations arrive
but with the help of the people in his class (his peers, instructors, ect.) he is over coming his short comings. Your program has also taught him how to have better self-control, self-discipline, to be a better person towards other people. He also, is able to
get along better with his siblings (or at least know how to handle certain situations) when needed to get a grip on things. If there is anything else we can think of I will e-mail back as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
David was born 7 weeks premature, spent 2 weeks in the NICU, and has dealt with multiple physical problems since birth. David has had physical therapy almost continuously since he was about 6 months old. He has low muscle tone in his upper and lower
extremities so he has difficulty running, jumping and climbing. David is in preschool now and receives physical and occupational therapies weekly. After consulting with his therapists, we enrolled him at Ha’s Taekwando to supplement the therapies
he receives at school.
We enrolled him in January ’07 and we can see how much stronger he is. He can actually jump a little with both feet off the ground and he is working on a Jump kick.
He practices his kicks at home, can pedal a bicycle – does many things normal 4-year-olds can do. We are hopeful he will continue to gain strength as he continues Taekwando.

I’m contacting you in regards to my son Colby. He has been taking TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support)classes with you for over a year. Let me tell you of the progress he has made. When he first started, he would fidget around constantly, would not focus, and had problems
paying attention. He attends classes twice a week, and one of the biggest surprises for me, is how he still looks forward to class after a year. He tells me he wants to stay in class until he becomes a black belt. The changes I have seen in the last year
have been fantastic! He pays attention in class, shows respect, and focuses. In school last year he did fabulous. He was a top reader in his class, and good with mathematics.
I’m very happy with the results from your school, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get more respect discipline, and confidence in their child!
Thank you,

To Whom It May Concern
Alec has been taking Ha’s Taekwondo in Algonquin for the past 8 months and we are so thrilled with the impact it has made on him. Alec has ADD and is dyslexic and had been struggling academically and socially. The biggest change we have seen is
in his self confidence.
He is able to hold his own in social settings, he plays well with other kids that he used to shy away from. He can join in with a group of kids playing and does very well, which he used to have a difficult time doing.
His teachers have noticed a change in him, he is more at ease and comfortable and contributes to classroom discussion.
His focus is improving a lot with homework and in the classroom.
He does need to continue to work on focusing in class but he is constantly improving. He is taking responsibility for his actions and his work.
The training at Ha’s TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) program has been excellent! The focus is on the entire child, not just on learning the moves. The instructors are there to teach the child to succeed in all aspects of their
life. Our younger son can’t wait to start Tiny Lions. We are extremely happy with Ha’s Taekwondo. Thank you so much!

Maria
My name is Maria and I have a daughter named Isabella. She is six years old. We both started Ha’s Taekwondo with Grandmaster Ha in April 2006. It is amazing the changes it has brought to our lives. I have noticed the most change in Isabella.
The martial art of Ha’s Taekwondo has many benefits and let me tell you our story.
My daughter is not a normal child. She was born with birth defects on her right hand, her right ankle and her left toes. She has not had an easy life.
She has always been a little slower than average children in developing her mechanical motions. She learned to walk later than average
kids, so I think in turn, it made her a little self-conscience. I would say she was almost shy.
Ha’s TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) program has greatly improved Isabella life. I think it has given her courage and confidence. She has the attitude now that can do it? No
longer are we at ? I can The in-class exercises are developing her motions so that she is doing better at gym in school. She always wants to try everything, even the difficult back kicks!
Isabella has made many new friends at Ha’s Taekwondo. They are a great group and are always encouraging! I also love that Isabella is learning the
meaning of discipline. The instructors at Ha really try to get the kids focus and do the best that they can do.
At Ha, my daughter Isabella has developed greatly. She is learning self-defense and enjoying it. Physically Ha’s Taekwondo is great exercise and
mentally very stimulating. The kids learn some Korean and are taught to show respect. I hope that you will stop some time and check Ha out.

Sincerely,

Grandmaster Ha,
With interest already expressed from our son to join Martial Arts, it was your TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) program that led us to your Academy.
Our son Brandon had been showing signs and symptoms of ADHD.
He had challenges at home and in school focusing on task, listening, following directions and impulsive behavior.
Since joining your academy and enrolling Brandon into TCS, the changes have been amazing.
There are several improvements to the things that once challenged him.
The discipline, respect, focus, attention and confidence are greatly improved.
We are so proud of the progress Brandon has made and we are very thankful for the program offering at Ha’s Academy.
Brandon looks forward to every TKD class and enjoys learning new skills and becoming the best that he can be.
We thank Grandmaster Ha for this program offering and to his instructors for their education and guidance teaching Brandon Tae Kwon Do.

Dear Master Ha

Just wanted to write a quick note to tell you how pleased I am with the progress of my 2 boys, Anthony and Ryan.
They just started classes with you mid-January and I already see great progress.

My boys are sweet, but both are strong-willed and double trouble!
They each have their own issues – Anthony with a lack of focus and a lack of confidence, and Ryan with a hyperactive personality.
They are thrilled to go to class and I have seen improvement in class over the weeks.
But, most notably, I have seen much more cooperation and respect in their behavior at home.

I would highly recommend your Tae Kwon Do studio.
Thank you and I look forward to continued improvement as they progress toward their black belts!

In this day in age, it has become increasingly difficult to lead a healthy lifestyle, reduce stress, and create quality time with the family.
Your Family Tae Kwon Do Program has given our family the outlet that allows us to create balance and focus within our lives.
Through you and your instructor’s guidance, we have been given goals and personal aspirations that we strive towards.
TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) is a reflection of the individual, but we take pride in each other’s accomplishments.
Our training continues each day; whether it is in the Do-jang, at home, or within our community.
We consistently strive to become the best leaders that we can by helping each other and those around us reach their highest potential.
Your Family Tae Kwon Do Program has given us many things such as focus, a healthy lifestyle, confidence, leadership training, and self defense abilities.
The most important thing that you have given us, is time together.
We never would have known how much we could accomplish together without your program and instruction.
Ha’s Tae Kwon Do Academy is very dedicated in teaching kids to be respectful not only at home but throughout the society.
Master Ha develops a great technique in helping kids improve their self esteem and confidence.
He empowers kids to reach certain goals as they develop and gain more experience in Tae Kwon Do.
He works with kids with special needs and improve mental focus on their day to day exercises.
Once you get to the TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) program, kids will be able to meet other children around the neighborhood and establish good camaraderie with them.

Heather WrightI enrolled my son, Xavier in the TCS( Taekwondo Clinical Support) Program at Ha’s Taekwondo in February 2011.
Xavier is 8 years old and had been diagnosed with ADHD in January of 2011.
I read an article about Ha’s TCS Program in our local newspaper. The article explained that the TCS Program was geared toward personality development of children with ADD, ADHD and other types of personality “issues”.
I decided to try it out. We met with Master Ha and Gianna, and they were both very kind and helpful, but most of all, they understood what Xavier’s needs were.
Before starting Taekwondo, Xavier was very impulsive, hyper and overall out of control at home.
He was also inattentive, disrespectful and rarely listened, even at school. We were informed that the cost would be $150 a month, which included 2 “regular” classes and also the TCS class weekly. Also, after Xavier graduated the class, the cost would go down to $100 a month. Well, I am proud to say that after 2 short months of classes, Xavier has graduated! His attitude, self confidence and overall behavior have never been better! He is very respectful at home and is doing excellent in school, since his focus has improved.
I was skeptical that martial arts could have such a huge impact on my son’s behavior, but I am a believer now! The best part? Grandmaster Ha kept true to his word and our monthly payment has decreased to the $100 mark! (even though I could never put a price tag on what Ha’s Taekwondo has taught and done for my son and our family.)

We kept coming on a regular schedule, though for the longest time seemed to us he wasn’t getting better but more of a distraction to the class. With all the hard work with TCS and a consistent schedule we started to see small improvements.
Now 7 months later Isaiah fully participates during the entire class, has confidence and truly enjoys TKD. We are also seeing much improvements at home, and have broken a lot of his bad habits through TCS.
Isaiah is much calmer, and shows respect.

Master Ha’s TCPD & TCS program is a great program, and as he showed us with Isaiah that we need to give it time with a consistent schedule and not to give up. This is the second success story of the TCS program working for our family.
We could not be more happier.

Master Ha & instructor Giovanna Lucchese has a great program, he has great patience, knowledge and is a great teacher.
Thanks for all the hard work done by Master Ha and instructor Giovanna Lucchese that have helped along the way, including Gianna.

                Regards, Michelle and Joel Mohnacky
