I would like to welcome everyone to the 11th U.S Open Jangsong Taekwondo Championship, especially students and instructors who have come a long distance to be here.I really hope you enjoy your day.
The U.S. Open Jangsong Taekwondo Championships has been held for Eleven years. I hope it will gain iconic status as a meaningful event.This tournament has been especially designed for our children. It is not the goal for you to achieve a 1st place trophy, but that will be a good achievement.Our goal is for you to build self-confidence, courage, and give you a great experience by participating in a competition with your peers in a big event.For the adults it will be a great opportunity to test your own skills and techniques and evaluate your level among others.Our federation’s purpose is to provide a fair and competitive atmosphere where you are challenged. We hope you will see it as one of the best competitions in America.
I would like to wish all the competitors the best of luck and hope you will be able to achieve your personal goals today and be satisfied with your performance.
